We deliver handcrafted solid wood furniture across mainland UK.
Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and in excellent condition.
- Delivery Areas
We deliver to mainland UK addresses.
If you live in a remote or hard-to-reach area, such as the Scottish Highlands, islands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery availability and any additional costs.
- Delivery Times
- In-stock items are usually delivered within 7 to 14 working days after payment.
- Made-to-order and bespoke furniture currently take 8 to 12 weeks from order to delivery.
- Lead times are estimates and may vary slightly based on materials and workload.
Once your furniture is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window.
- Delivery Method
- Most items are delivered fully assembled, but some products may require minimal assembly.
- Deliveries are made to the ground floor or first floor.
- Please ensure clear access for our delivery team.
- Notify us in advance of any restrictions such as narrow doorways or stairs. Additional charges may apply for special delivery arrangements.
- Missed Deliveries and Storage
If we are unable to deliver because no one is available at the arranged time, a repeat delivery charge may apply.
- Delivery Costs
Delivery charges vary depending on location, order size, and item weight.
Your delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.
For large or multi-item orders, please contact us for possible discounted rates.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If an item is damaged or incorrect, report it within 24 hours.
- Include clear photographs and your order details.
- We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
- Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners who specialise in furniture delivery. All deliveries are scheduled and confirmed with you beforehand.

We currently deliver within the UK only.
