REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

  1. Returns for Unwanted Items
  • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
  1. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Items
  • Made-to-order and bespoke items are non-returnable once production has started.
  • Lead time for made-to-order furniture is currently 8 to 12 weeks.
  • These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
  1. Faulty or Damaged Items
  • Please inspect your order on delivery.
  • Report any faults or damage within 24 hours with photographs and order details.
    1. We review within 2–5 business days (five‑member committee: Manufacturing, Packaging, Finishing, Quality Control, Team Lead). Cease use pending review.
    2. If approved, we arrange collection from the original address and, after inspection, offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Discount/partial refund should you elect to keep the item.
    • Full refund (or partial refund if part of a set).
    • Replacement of the goods (subject to availability).
  • All items are covered by statutory consumer rights under UK law, which entitles customers to a repair, replacement, or refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose at the time of delivery.
  1. Clearance and Ex-Display Items

Clearance or ex-display furniture is sold as seen and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm.
Emails are responded to within 1 working day excluding weekends and bank holidays.
If calling outside these hours, please leave a message with your name, contact number, and order number or alternatively send an email.
